PRE-ENROLMENT AND ADMISSION

PRE-ENROLMENT

What do I have to do to gain admission to a program?

Each "file" will contain a section called "Information on the Masters program". This section will contain the telephone numbers and e-mail addresses to which questions relating to the content of the courses, dates and class locations, as well as pre-enrolment and admission procedures, should be addressed.

Applicants will pre-enrol ON LINE since march 25th until may 31st. Documents will be delivered before june 8th.

Pre-enrolment will not be effective until all required documentation is sent to the office for the selected Masters program. This documentation must be provided for all Masters programs for which admission is sought.

The required documentation should be submitted at: The Masters Program Office.

Submission dates: Since march 25th until may 31st. Documents will be delivered before june 8th.

For new Masters programs the deadline will be established later.

Final-year students who are still unable to request their degree can pre-enrol and secure admission upon submission of a certified copy of their bachelors degree, engineering degree, diploma, technical architecture or technical engineering qualification, or a photocopy of such degree and original thereof for comparison purposes, or documentary evidence that they have requested it at the time of enrolment.

ADMISSION

Once the Academic Committee of each Masters program or the Doctoral Subcommittee, as appropriate, selects the pre-enrolments received, pre-enrolled students will be informed whether they have been accepted or not. Students can also find out the status of their pre-enrolment applications by clicking aquí.

If a student is accepted, they must provide written confirmation of their intention to participate in the program. In this case, students who confirm their acceptance will begin the pre-enrolment process at the request of the University. This consists of appointing a tutor, who will formulate and monitor the syllabus for each student.
